The project is intended for third-country nationals (non-European Union, non-European Economic Area or Switzerland) who possess:

  1. Schengen visa ornational visawith one of the following purposes of issue: 04, 05, 05a, 05b, 06, 09, 10, 11, 12, 13, 15, 17, 17a, 18, 19, 21, 22, 22a, 23;
  2. Temporary or permanent residence permit (except for permanent residence permit granted according to art. 195 section 1 pt. 6 of the Act on Foreigners) or the long term EU resident permit;
  3. Document that confirms the possession of “the consent for tolerated residence”;
  4. Residence permit due to humanitarian reasons;
  5. Confirmation of being born in Poland (includes children (non-EU citizens) born in the Republic of Poland– in the case of children of people mentioned in sections 1-4, the remaining children are subject to conditions mentioned in sections 1, 2, 3, 4 and 9);
  6. Confirmation of the application for the residence permit for a period defined under abolition – in the case of foreigners currently residing in Poland, on the basis of a stamp that confirms their application for temporary, permanent or long term EU resident permits or extension of their Schengen visa or national visa (justification for the issuance of a visa has to comply with one of the following purposes indicated in art. 60 section 1: pt. 4-6, 9-13, 17, 19-21, 23-25 of the Act on Foreigners) or extension of their residence duration under the free-visa movement in Poland;
  7. Document that confirms their legal residence in Poland as third-country nationals under the free-visa movement;
  8. Document confirming that the foreigner who is a non-EU citizen residing in Poland is in the process of obtaining his or her permit for legal residence in Poland – in this case, we only provide legal support to help you legalize your stay;
  9. Stamp in the travel document that confirms the application for one of the permits – in the case of non-EU citizens residing in Poland legally who submitted the application for: temporary residence permit, permanent permit, long term EU resident permit; extension of their Schengen visa or national visa (justification for the issuance of a visa has to comply with one of the following purposes indicated in art. 60 section 1: pt. 4-6, 9-13, 17, 19-21, 23-25)or extension of their residence duration under the free-visa movement in Poland.
