26.05.2020 – Invitation to listen to a radio broadcast (6) – interview with the Deputy Director of the Department for Foreigners of the Wielkopolska Voivodship Office on solutions for foreigners

We invite you to listen to the radio broadcast, which was aired on Radio Emaus on 20/05/2020. The broadcast was conducted under the motto ” I was a stranger, and you welcomed me”.

The guest of the broadcast was Ms Aneta Budnik – Deputy Director of the Department for Foreigners of the Wielkopolska Voivodeship Office in Poznań. The discussion concerns the provisions of the Anti-Crisis Shield and the solutions contained therein related to the employment of workers, including foreigners, and the situation of migrants in the face of the coronavirus pandemic in Poland.

The broadcast touched the following issues:

  • provisions of the Anti-Crisis Shield 3.0 concerning migrants working in Poland;
  • work of the Department for Foreigners of the Voivodeship Office in Poznań so far (during the pandemic) and the possibilities introduced in the nearest future;
  • possible forms of remote contact and issues that can be reported and dealt with via hotline, e-mail, web form and traditional mail;
  • ways of preparing for the visit, if such is possible;
  • opportunities to attract workers from outside the European Union for seasonal work, with particular emphasis on agriculture and food production.
