Even 15 years ago, Poland witnessed a massive outflow of labour to western labour markets. At present, Poland mainly welcomes newcomers. In the last programme, we invited Mr Lech Antkowiak, an expert on the labour market, to join us for an interview. Our guest tells us what can be done to encourage professionals to settle down in Poland and why the newcomers are not a threat to the jobs of Poles, but are actually needed by Poland.
