We invite you to familiarize yourself with the material developed for adaptation courses for foreigners. Here you will find information and many tips on living and working in Poland.
The material contains basic information about Poland, social insurance system and education system, advice on job search, the most important information about health care and social assistance system, as well as tips on running a business in Poland.
As part of the project, we also run adaptation courses every month, where our employees provide the most important information concerning life and work in Poland. Please ask at the Migrants Assistance Centre for details.
